Have you ever experienced physical, mentally or financial abuse at the hands of your partner or someone you loved? If your answer is “yes” to this question then I want you to know that it is possible to get help and you aren't the only one. Throughout the world, women and children are being abused and no one does anything about it. Victims of domestic violence are isolated by their abuser and separated from their very own friends and family. Who wants that? It is a fact that abuse by a partner affects women in many ways. Some times, it is difficult to cope with everyday things. Women can become less patient with their children and the children begin to feel neglected. It is not much better when the children are being abused either. It can affect the child's school life and they can become mentally ill. People who sit by and watch this type of behavior are not doing the right thing. No one deserves to be beaten or stripped of their dignity ever in their entire life. I ask that everyone signs this petition saying that they WILL NOT sit by when they notice someone being hurt or abused and they WILL NOT let the abuser get away with it but they WILL stand up and help fight back for the person who is being attacked. If this were you, wouldn't you want the same help and attention? Then stop being silent and DO SOMETHING!
