Harnett County needs more options to keep us from having to go to Wake County. We frequent local businesses when we visit and like the food variety.

I love food trucks and Lillington really needs different choices of food. We lived there in the 90’s & nothing has changed since then ~25 years ago!

That's Capitalism. Let the breweries and activities at the park have food trucks. In the long run, you'll be lining each other's pockets instead of stealing business. You will get people from other communities to come here instead of Fuquay-Varina.

The commissioners need to reconsider this issue and allow food trucks in our town or else lose out to surrounding municipalities and counties.

As a chef and restaurant manager, I fully support food trucks and the healthy competition it brings to the ever changing landscape of the food service industry. I just moved to Lillington and have been excited about the potential growth this town has. Unfortunately l, this shows lack of willingness to change and progress as a town would rather take my business to privately owned restaurants in another who will not have a problem with a food truck that can do a fraction of capacity and the willingness to evolve with the industry.
