From the beginning of the school year Mrs.Rentz has added extra work for herself to make the school better. Adding clubs, working with Grand Canyon university to help our college bound kiddos, hosted stake holder meetings, pizza with the principle to get to know her better. Working to make policies clear the list goes on. Change is hard ,& takes more then a year to see the benefits.

I think this board needs to have way more accountability. They seem to answer to no one. I believe this needs to change immediately!

Overwhelming majority of us were grateful and happy with Mrs Renz and her dedication to listening to us parents and providing ongoing solutions of long standing issues. I feel the manor in which things are being conducted is highly concerning and also we as stakeholders are entitled to understand what is going on at the board and staff level.

I am also disappointed by the boards decision to not renew Mrs. Renz is contract. But also, to leave her of her duties when we are eight weeks from the end of the school year. She has worked endlessly to make our school stronger. It is worrisome to me that the direction she was leading our school is not the direction the board wants to go. I’d like to know in what ways was her leadership opposite of what the board wants.

We strongly believe that Mrs. Renz should be the principal of NICS.We are NOT ok with the decision the board made.

NICS needs Mrs. Renz! She has a clear calling, and understanding of what needs to happen to take next NICS into its next season to thrive. She was hired for a particularly job of which she was doing! Absolutely keep Mrs. Renz.

Yes! I believe strongly the Lord brought Dianna Renz to NICS for the long run! We have 5 children all at NICS who love Jesus, love Mrs Renz and love volleyball. The boards shocking decision is devastating to them and a blow to this whole community.
