What happened to good discipline? Once a punishment is given it should be stuck to. Criminals should not be able to get out of prison until their time is served (except on some unquie cases). Victims of any crime need their justice. Although this is the case, many times criminals are released on "good behavior." It does not matter how good they are being now. Do the crime, serve the time!
