If you have to bribe people to take an injection, then there is obviously something questionable going on. And to use tax dollars when that money is needed for more important things is a misuse of funds and power.

Using tax dollars as incentive in this way is unacceptable. Taxes are not collected to make a random person rich because they decided to make use of a certain medical intervention. I don't even know where to start really. This is despicable and an absolute waste of money. How many evictions could 1 million dollars prevent? How many hungry children in Ohio could have a month of adequate food for this amount? The use of tax money in this way is irresponsible and wasteful.
