I think it is incredibly wrong to try to bribe people that do not want an experimental biologic put in their body. Many people are medically unable to get it or just don’t want it. What happened to my body my choice. People should not be rewarded or denied services according to what the government wants them to do. Last time I looked we are a free country, though that is changing fast.
