Every time we visit your WOY WOY store we have bad experience. Tonight was nothing short of absolutely terrible! We went through drive through, and placed 2 separate orders, paid separately yet received all of food (over $80 worth) in one bag! Not separately! Unfortunately, we were on our way home from work & my sister & I were taking dinner home to our own respective families, who live in separate houses & kilometers apart, so it wasn't possible to have our meal in 1 bag mixed together. We very kindly asked the staff to explain how we can work out which part was her order & our order, and requested they separate the order for ease of the customer! At this point it got nothing short of the WORST EVER CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! You'd be horrified what happened next... I'm 39 years old! So I've ordered at plenty of takeaway stores in my time. The staff were clearly unimpressed with our request pulling the food out of the original bags, and I kid you not 'throwing' them into new bags, they even scrunched both receipts & put them in there completely scrunched up! I'm disappointed to the point that I feel for your management, as this store is absolutely giving KFC a bad reputation! The service given from this store on EVERY visit is disgraceful, might I suggest some secret shopper visits are in order so you can experience this for yourself. I'd be training these staff immediately or moving them on!

Poor managent skills, no leadership. Appalling customer service, especially in the drive through. If it weren't for the next closest store being more than 15km away, this store would have gone out of business a long time ago.

Terrible service, order is wrong 9 times out of 10 and zero consideration given when reporting an error to staff. We haven't been back in a long time as it's just not worth the hassle.

with out failure they get your order wrong every time and are rude to you when you try to sort it out, I go to gosford instead, bunch of idiots.

Have not been back to KFC Woy Woy for at least a year, wrong order at drive-through, checked when I got home rang the store several times, no answer - went back to store spoke to Manager, who said didn't answer phone too busy, then asked what do you want me to do about it - I replied this is about the 4th time your staff has stuffed an order don't you think its about time you did something about it, reply I'm not here all the time - I walked out haven't been back since and don't intend to.

always had issues at this store, weather it be missing food, being told they dont stock supercharge sachets and refusing to simply put some in a container... kfc woy woy needs a strong active management team to be there and visible, and running the store...
