As a Swede, I completely disagree with shortening the Grand Final by a full hour. That would mean less time for interval acts and voting sequences, which are important parts of Eurovision. It would be a huge mistake and I would be very disappointed with SVT if they actually implemented it!!:(

As a one-year Eurovision fan from Bolivia, I agree that this decision of shortening the Grand Final duration for 2024 would be non-benefitial for the contest image in the country that excels in it by definition (Sweden). Cutting time in the GRAND FINAL would mean cutting time for entertainment and creativity like we've seen in previous editions (especially when Sweden, now champion, hosted the contest with a good organization and delivery of the semi and final shows): - It would mean not letting Loreen have her deserved moment of glory like other champions did in the past and it would be an unfair and ungrateful message from SVT to her talent and effort after she won TWICE the contest even with the odds against her in 2023. - It would not let various Swedish and ESC (if not JESC) artists to display their talent during the Intervals in order to make the wait for the voting results more amusing and hyped, or even come with wonderful ideas like "Love Love Peace Peace" in 2016 to display the love Sweden has for Eurovision if not other approaches people will remember. Overall, it would make the 2024 Grand Final the least interesting/hyped and worthless of all Finals in the eyes of most Eurofans, let alone the rest of the world. On behalf of LatAm ESC fans, please DON'T shorten the Grand Final's duration. Cutting space for creativity and talent aside of the competing performances will feel like docking and cropping a dog's tail and ears when the dog is healthy and is not a working dog!

Even though it finishes at 1-2am ,the longer the show ,the better ,no need shortening it and cut the interval acts and the breaks between entries, because if so , audience will get tired very quickly

I would like it if the final was shortened by less than 1 hour or not shortened at all. The contest shouldn't be rushed but it shouldn't be dragged out that much either. I think that the most important thing is to keep the key elements of the contest and (when it's necessary) adjust them wisely.

The 4 hours long bananza only comes along once a year. Just get on with it Sweden. If y'all don't won't to host let Findland host

If it’s 1 hour shorter, you don’t have enough time to vote and for 26 countries performing on the stage.
