I know this is old but due to the fact she did not do jail time she has recently been caught with animals again. She needs to be locked up

Our pets are our family. Just like our children we care for what we can provide excellent care for. So even though I see all these homeless creatures out there I remind myself that by taking on one more family member I am causing less care for everyone else. These are living, loving souls full of so much purity. My "pets" are my family.

She had her chance and failed to respond appropriately by improving conditions for the dogs.
To return them to her "care" would be an equal injustice.

She doesn't appear to have gone with out
food, water, care and necessities. She needs to be treated the same ways she treated these poor animals. Lincoln Ct. should do the same to her as she has done to these animals. Why should the tax payers have to pay for defense in this care. Punishment is the only answer to the extend for this person. County officals do your job please.

I have one of Cathie's Moyen poodles. He is the love of our family. The thought that if we didn't have him , he might have ended up in the horse trailer makes me ill. Never give any animals to her!!! I truly believe she should be in prison. She's a con woman and told us so many lies... really manipulative!
