The government along with the unpaid tax situation are going to restrict where plumbers can operate. George Osborne has tabled a motion that will only permit plumbers to work in their home county. This will allow the government to keep a much tighter grip on income and therefore tax. Also any issues can be sorted at a local level. George Osborne also argued it will reduce customer 'waiting' time and allow repairs to be more accountable, coupled with less travelling it will save the plumber money at the same time. This is almost communism, vote it out!
