After hearing what the world renowned forensic biologist (who personally interviewed Garavito himself) say (when interviewed by "Mr Black" on the YouTube channel; The disturbing Truth) about the dangers that could occur should Garavito be released, I fear for the public, especially children. I therefore wholeheartedly believe that he would re-offend and should NEVER be released.

Do not release him! He deserves to stay there for the rest of his life. It won’t be fair that his victims are dead because of him and he might be able to get out and live a normal life like nothing happened. PLEASE DONT RELEASE HIM HE DOESNT DESERVE IT!!!
