Animal Cruelty is basically when you abuse or cause an animal harm. Harm can be caused to animals in many ways; some would be by physically hurting the animal or by abandoning them. Many people don't see the harm that abandoning an animal can do to the animal; it does a lot of damage to the animal's mental condition and health.

Animal Cruelty is a bad thing not only to the animals but the community
and environment. It is a bad thing for our community because if a lot of people
start abandoning their pets, the streets will become overcrowded with animals
instead of people. This is bad for the environment because the abandoned pets can't clean after themselves so it will create a filthy and polluted
environment, and not to mention unsafe for children. And at last it is bad for
the animal because the animal is not used to living on its own so it will have
a greater chance of catching illnesses and diseases, and worst comes to worst they could even end up dying of starvation.

Puppy Mills are places where dogs and cats are breed in factory like
conditions because they are rare purebreds. This is part of the problem
because it's harmful to the animals and is also abusive because they are forced to live in conditions that are very gruesome.

Signing this petition would basically help stop all that. The fact is
that all this treatment towards (innocent) animals is unfair and as some
would say, evil. The abuse must be stopped, because it has already been taken too far, just for the "fun" of it. These puppy mills should really be stopped, and fast! Not only will it take away the safety of animals in general, but humanity as well. Whatever is going on is not right. The petition statement is to end all unjustified cruelty to animals.

Do not neglect, protect! Slowly see the affect, as the animals reconnect.
