The airport is known as McCarran all over the country, and world. If renamed, the airport might be disliked as he is. He is retired. Let's retire the idea to rename McCarran Intl. Airport.

He's a living person and very much still involved in local & state politics in Nevada.
So a re naming of the McCarran airport now is too partisan and that'd not good for Las Vegas, as It's going to politicize the 45 million tourism here

What has Harry Reid done for the state of Nevada? Why wouldn’t we waste my tax dollars and what with this accomplished for Las Vegas? Las Vegas has suffered enough do not change the name of our airport to a man who does not deserve this recognition.

The airport should NOT be named for any politician. I suggest Wayne Newton, Frank Sinatara or Dean Martin. Someone who made a significant contribution to Las Vegas.

I’m a native Nevadan and this would be very disappointing to our state and the city of Las Vegas. VERY disappointing. We shouldn’t be immortalizing political figures who have the reputation like former senator Harry Reid. NO THANK YOU.

Putting Harry Reid's name on anything is demeaning it. Putting his name of an outhouse would disgrace the toilet.
