When we decided to move here in 2007 only one thing made me hesitant: the fact that Harry Reid would be one of our senators. He was unethical and deceitful during his time in office and does not deserve this honor! Please reconsider naming our airport after him.

It is bad enough that McCarran gave the insurance companies the ability to practice racketeering and now you want to add or change the name of our airport to another person who has helped destroy this country. Nevadan or not HIS name need to stay in Search Light.

Senator McCarran did so much for Nevada that made our state great, he should not be dismissed. Harry Reid insulted tourists in Wash. saying they smell. Shameful!

Harry Reid never did anything for Nevada even though he was the most powerful person in congress. If you can come up with a list of at least 5 accomplishments he made for Nevada ( that didn't benefit him financially), then I rescind my opposition

A new low for our elected county officials. You're either disconnected from the public or you have no idea what serving the people of Las Vegas, Nevada means. BTW... We're NOT California. Quit trying to make us like them. Politics and so on....
