Do not change the airport name. Harry Reid was one of the most divisive politicians and he did not work for all of Nevada.

OMG, please don’t change any airport names for the sake of political ass-kissing, post mortem or not! If you’re going to insist on changing the names, choose an actual non-partisan hero. Politics are bad enough without it becoming a political fight every two or four years.

We can find better uses of funds than to change the name of our airport. McCarran is the name of Las Vegas' airport.
