Pls leave it McCarren as a native of 54 years! Too many changes to my beautiful city. Please dont change this. Its important to keep "Old Vegas" alive This would be just one more change not needed!

I’m a native Las Vegan. I do not want the name of McCarran Airport to change to Reed. Name something new for Reed. STOP changing our city and ruining it. You people have destroyed this town enough . Stop it already .... It’s time county and city government start protecting our history instead of destroying it. And stop your corruption . You all will be bored out. No mater your party. We the people are sick and tired of the your destruction of our town and history . Enough.

Quit trying to change what we grew up with. You trying to move in here and change what those of us were born and raised here have always known. HARRY REID is a laughingstock of NEVADA and the BIGGEST JACK ASS around

Do not, I beg, re-name McCarren Airport after Harry Reid. I would have to travel to LA to catch a flight. He did not represent all Nevadans and was lucky to ever be re-elected. Only by the Democrat Population in the local Clark County. It is not representative of the state.

Harry was not/is not admired by all. Leave McCarron as is now.

The cost alone of this action is totally unwarranted both locally and nationally. Please leave well enough alone.

I vote to leave the name as McCarran. Is this what we need to worry about every time a new person is elected to office? You shouldn't change a name of a building that has become well known just because some people do not like it. What a waste of money and time. This airport was built in 1942 and was named after someone (Mccaran) who was an aviation advocate. For goodness sake they need to focus their efforts on something more important.

I can understand, however my father worked at that airport I lost him when I was 10. I still have his Buissnes card to rename airport is one more thing dems are doing systematically trying to erase our history because they do not like it. History good or bad should never ever be erased it is there to serve as a silent witness to history.Without history there would be no beginning nor end. Good or bad it is there for the individual to form an opinion, what's next rename lasvegas because of the mob and dirty past deeds. This destruction of our history has to stop, Or our future will never have the full story of our own history this behavior needs to stop. And really H.Reid, is no saint neither is Rosen or sisolak, these actions should be viewed as hostile actions of history. Good or bad it is ours no one else's and it is not wise to use political motivation to do this. How about.....Lasvegas International airport. Thankyou, A person of history..........

Leave it alone. Senator McCarran did much more for aviation and the creating of the USAF than Dingey Harry ever did.

There is so much negativity associated with Harry Reid that it would be a blight on our city to have the airport named after him.

I'm ok with naming a public toilet after Harry Reid, but strongly opposed to renaming the Airport.
