It is noteworthy to mention that as per March 29th announcement the submission period was from April 1st till August 15th. Following above mentioned announcement we filled in the information as required and submitted our case to be assessed by the minister of immigration well before the due date. We received confirmation that our requests had been received. So we were shocked to learn that due to a system error, they have terminated our submitted applications. We are all confused by this decision. It is unfair to disqualify submitted requests without doing their best in order to accept the applicants and only terminate the application assessment process.

I deserve to be considered as one of the eligible applicant since I have spent a great time to check out the website regularly and it is not fare to be neglected just because the lack of right plan to choose the candidates.

ایمان: To the minister of Quebec I am writing regards to the latest decision that has been made to returning the applications of Certificat de selecton du of Quebec, due to a system failure which was an absolute unfair decision. On March the 29th the announcement submission period was from April 1st to August 15th as you did not stick by what have mentioned in your announcement and by all means you must take full responsibilities for your words that were said. Over thousands of smart, skilled and intelligent young people have been waiting day and night putting their hopes up for a bright future and a fine life they deserve. By Universal Declaration of Human rights people have the right to be treated lawfully and equal by government agencies. Us as people of this universe are asking you to rethink about the decision you have made as it can make a large amount of problems in our society hence what has been said above and be mindful that your decision can make a huge difference in everyone's life.
