We are a large community circle and circle of friends of Mehmet and Najiba Aktas.
With this letter, we petition to honorable Prime Minister, CBSA, IRCC and every other authority related to this matter to keep the family of Mehmet & Najiba in Canada.
Mehmet & Najiba are an exceptional couple of people who have already become highly appreciated, respected and are the cheeriest members of the Canadian community. In addition to Najiba` s successful career in Canada we are thankful for her talent, professional expertise, diligence, and hard work. She has become an invaluable team member of her employer – Gates Canada. Mehmet is also a hard working and loyal team member who is loved by administration and team members of Tim Hortons. Mehmet & Najiba are exceptional people with their contribution to the Canadian community, with their deep understanding of values of our community, and an interest and desire in paying it forward.
Mehmet and Najiba are donors for several Canadian charity organizations, such as Brant County SPCA, Victoria & Friends Women`s Shelter, and Micah House. By their charitable contributions and volunteering their time and effort they are supporting women & children who have survived abuse, abandoned animals and new comers to Canada. Newcomers who do not have a home, income and most of times are left emotionally destroyed. Mehmet and Najiba are individuals who uphold Canada’s best values in heart and who carry these values through their reality and bring it to people and animals. One life at a time.
Mehmet and Najiba are amazing team members and friends. They are empathetic, compassionate, exceptionally helpful to those in need, and are always ready to take a pain from friends and community members. The best that Canada has to offer today is built on people like Mehmet and Najiba: Loyalty, Integrity, Love to their community, appreciation of the country where they live and a desire to make Canada better and stronger. Mehmet and Najiba have already become an integral part and assets for this Country. It would be a tragedy for Mehmet and Najiba to leave this country. Neither of them deserves it.
Our community needs people like Mehmet and Najiba. Their departure from Canada will cause a huge void, because people like them are irreplaceable for each of us signing this petition. Mehmet and Najiba should not be sent to their countries and suffer from being sent from Canada and should be kept here at any cost. Canada should not lose this incredible couple.
We joined this petition to the Canadian government to keep Mehmet and Najiba in Canada and not to impose any suffering upon them.

I am a Canadian citizen. Mehmet is a loyal member of our family here at Tim Hortons. It is hard now a days to find good people like Mehmet and his wife. So I ask you to please let them stay and give them their permanent residence.
These are hardworking people who are contributing immensely to the economy and paying their taxes. Their continued stay in Canada will help especially at this time to build our economy back as they already in this country and working.
