Chinatown HPD neighborhood sub station has been there for years and help to resolve many issues involved with Chinese communities and near neighborhood. We believe it did wonderful jobs to serve the community and make us feel safe when we out ob the street. Especially with Chinese speaking officers on the team, they not only understand the language but the tradition the help to ease the nerve of those elderly can't speak English to understand the law. It's necessary to keep the station open, we need to have the HPD reconsider its decision of close the location. It's very important to us to have your support and protection especially at time like this.

I am a high schooler and it scares me how so many adults can’t see the real problem and the different sides to the current situation. We need a form of government. We need the police to keep people safe and property secure. What is the difference between anarchy and a society with no people to carry out the federal laws? Statistically, the police disproportionately do more good than bad. Just because one person made a mistake doesn’t mean all people of his profession are the same.
