Chinatown is a high-risk area for robberies. If the only police department that can communicate through Chinese is cancelled, it will undoubtedly aggravate the security situation in Chinatown. I believe that no one is willing to work and live in a place without a sense of security. Chinatown should be home to the public, and law enforcement is an indispensable presence, otherwise it will become the second Detroit.
