Reverse the decision to close the Anaconda Job Corps Center

Closing this center would be devastating to the local economy and to the thousands of people that it would effect

The Forest Service Job Corps helps so many kids and adults who work there.

Job Corp saves lives...

These programs are a vital pathway to help people get into a great career. Cutting them will do nothing but hurt the peaople who need this

Anaconda Job Corps saved me

As a former student, I can attest to the increased knowledge and life skills that the Anaconda Job Corps provides it's students. Closing the center would thus be a detriment to our future youth.

As a fellow student and graduate, they do more good open than closed!

This program is needed for the youth in the region. There is no other program that will give the same kind of vocational, educational and life skills to the teens.

In my opinion, this is one of the most effective programs offered anywhere to underserved youth. Anaconda Job Corps far surpasses any Contract Center Job Corps through compassion, empathy and real world training. For up to two years this center becomes one of the best homes these students have had. This isn't done by building a fence to keep them in ( like many Contract Centers). It's by building a culture they want to be a part of. They learn a trade, get an education and give back to the community that supports them. Please reverse this foolish decision by DOL and Sonny Perdue!

This is an amazing program that our youth definitely needs for a proactive future... I have seen and heard nothing but amazing things about Job corps I hope this program stays for you including my daughter who was excited to go into years but now my not have opportunity her Dad did

Job corps teaches much needed trade skills to troubled or misguided teens and more. Ending this amazing program will do nothing but help the prison systems profit and tax the citizens of this great nation.

Please do not strip funding to a critical option for our youth.

This is a valuable asset and tool in this community.
