Both of my sons attended the Anaconda Job Corps. It changed their lives . They both have Great careers, own their own homes,and Great Families. It Changed their lives. Keep it open !

The Anaconda job corps are a very important part of our small community. We count on them all the time. Closure of this center will be very detrimental to us, especially during wildfire season. They help this area a lot doing community service work other times of the year, while building their skills in improving our failing infrastructure. We already have had a hard time since the closure of the Anaconda copper smelter in the early 1980’s. We are still trying to recover. Please do not close this center. It would be a very hard set back on all we’ve tried to do to bring this town back to life. Please! And thank you for your consideration.

I am opposed to privatizing the Job Corp program and to the closure of the center in Anaconda, MT. This center is a valuable asset to our community and to the students who participate in the program.

I have lived in anaconda for many years. If it wasn’t for job Corp many people would be without jobs. Not to mention the kids that go for training and projects that they do for the community and better themselves. It be wrong to close job corp
