I came thru the time they were investigating this last week, the sun was shining so bright that you couldn't see anything. I have known Ray for years he worked with my mother in law driving for years, there is no way he was speeding. If anything he was blinded by sun.

This man was my bus driver all the way through school, he is one of the best drivers I have ever met. it would be a tragedy not only to him and his family but to the school district and the children involved to charge this man with anything.

Ray was my bus driver while I was in elementary school and high school. He never put us children in harms way. He is amazing! Living with this is punishment enough.

I was picking my son up from outside of Milan around 7:00 or 7:30 and the sun makes it totally impossible to see. Very scary. If that is what this bus driver encountered, no wonder this happened.

He is such a caring bus driver. I never heard any of my kids say Mr Neice drove too fast but they did complain about the driver who took his place that she drove too fast. Mr Neice has always had the kids best interest

Iv known ray for like 12 years he has drove me since I was in kindergarden and he drove me to the careere center everyday he is causes and caring for everyone. He is one of the nices guys I have ever met in my life.

Ray was my bus driver when I was a little girl, I am now almost 22 and still see him around occasionally. HE cared so much for his kids that he drove.
