He DOES NOT deserve to be charged. Accidents happen and the sun was the result of this.

Ray is a good man who is very caring and compassionate about his job. This has been a tragic accident that should be left just as that an accident.

This was an unintentional accident ... Yes injuries were involved but no death ... Maybe a poor judgement with the sun out but he did try to avoid the collision ... He has to live with this the rest of his life which is punishment enough

I personally know Ray and know that there’s no way he would do anything to put any child’s life in danger. He drove my kids to school and my neice and currently drives my nephew to school. I even had 2 of my 1st cousins that had children in the bus when the accident occurred.

Ray was my bus driver for years and he would never intentionally hurt any children I know this was an accident and I feel that's how it should be dealt with

Ray drove me around when I was a kid and drove me back in forth to vocational school in high school very kind and honest man I can promise you he would never do anything to put his passengers any harm

I feel that no charges should be brought about to this individual. Accident's happen and I'm sure there was no intentions to happen.

Ray has always looked out for the kids best intrest. I believe whole heartedly he is not at fault for this. As a previous Moores Hill resident traveling that way every morning driving myself to school the sun is always in your eyes traveling to school and away from school. Many accidents have happened that way but the news doesnt always air all of them this just got the most publicity because it was a school bus.
