Wonderful caring man have known him for years watched his kids grow up during little league to young adults I have great respect for Ray.

you know it is scary being a bus driver or anyone that drives something big and has a CDL because everyone is out to find anything they can blame you for and accident don't seem to be considered an accident when you have a CDL they are always trying to find something to blame on us and charge us for.... so give the guy a break and see it for the accident it was an accident... this could have happened to anyone you turn a corner and the sun hits you unexpectedly don't make it an on purpose , it was an accident.

He should be able to keep his job and not be charged legally for anything. Accidents happen. Thankfully god was watching over everyone involved that day . I’m sure he’s punishing himself enough.

Ray is a up standing person very careful able job and cares a lot for the children. They all love him. I don't believe for one minute he was speeding .. but I do know the sun was blinding that morning cause it blinds me . Don't have son visors that really block the sun and the tint on the ones int the buses don't do a thing to block sun glare.they need better one to help us see better when sun is right in your line of site..

I drive 350 everyday. That bend at that time of the day is constantly blinding on a sunny morning.
