De Montfort University has proposed that, as of 2012, the venue for the end of term graduation ceremony will be altered from De Montfort Hall to The Curve Theatre. We who have signed this petition do not agree that this change is in the best interests of the students, and therefore wish for the historic De Montfort Hall to remain as the setting of what could be the pinnacle of our academic lives.
