DMEOPEN has been organized to seek fair treatment of all Medicare/CMS suppliers by government. DMEOPEN was created by Rob Brant and Ronald Bibace co-owners of City Medical Services, Inc., a ten year old Durable Medical Equipment provider in North Miami Beach, Florida. City Medical Services has been JCAHO Accredited for seven years they are also members of the Florida Association of Medical Equipment Services (FAMES). Mr. Brant also served on the Board of Directors of FAMES from 2003 to 2005. Brant started City Medical Services in 1997, with his father-in-law Ron Bibace. Ron, who is 72, started his own business in 1957 and has been active in various businesses ever since.
