Members of David Lloyd Riverview will not tolerate or accept the increase in fees, proposed to take effect in January 2010. At a time when most businesses are seeking to add value for clients, the proposed increase is downright insulting. Staffing levels at the club have been significantly reduced, standards have fallen and the level of service is shocking. Thus, if anything, a reduction in membership fees would be more appropriate.
