since Jan.2001 to July 2017, we did not recieve locality pay. we need it more than any one in the area.Because the cost of living is very high.

i would like to be considered for back pay from 2001-2017. i have been working in DLI for 10 years but we were not paid locality until 2017. our salary were very low until 2017. the cost of living very high and other government employees in the area were getting locality while we didn't.
