We need to start a class action lawsuit! Also those who were promoted to a higher rank three years ago, continued to get paid the salaries of the lower ranks for most of one year, and the effective date of the rank advance got postponed from the end of 2014 to March 2015 to make the raise payment effective from the beginning of 2016 while faculty were required to do the duties of the higher rank from 2015! Slavery! work and do not get paid!

Yep, the U.S.A. is fighting for your freedoms, except when those freedoms are being used to protect U.S. citizens. The powers-that-be need to be taken to court and sued! Call the DOL in San Jose.

The localicality is an entitlement that the faculty should have received from 2001 but unfaily were deprived of. Like Mr. Rohani says, this should have been taken care of 17 years ago. It needs to be taken care of immediately with all the back pay past due now. I totally support this initiative.
