Florida law lets any individual to get a divorce for any reason. There is no counseling, education, therapy. All you have to say is I want a divorce. Each party gets 50 percent. If a woman decides to have an affair, she can just say I want a divorce and her husband loses half of his worth.. So the boyfriend can enjoy his monies. Other legal items like a DUI requires taking courses, therapy a Nc education. A divorce nothing. Why should A person who has done nothing wrong have to go through depression and anxiety, because their mate is being unfaithful. Then have to give up half his estate. It,s just not fair.
