Reduction of harmful toxins into the atmosphere and the disposal of bulky non-degradable items, such as Polystyrene, which is absolutely recyclable and Polyester duvets, which are being replaced and discarded in massive volumes. These two materials, and probably many other, must be re-utilised locally and nationally or we must prevent factories from producing more.
