As South Berkeley is transitioning the area would be so much better if 2777 Shattuck were to bring in a business that served the community more.

I strongly urge you to vote against Honda's use of the Any Mountain location. I am not opposed to Honda operating in a corridor that is better suited to its needs.

I regularly dine at Sconehenge during business hours. If parking becomes more of a challenge in this area, it will be impossible for me to continue that habit (I live in North Berkeley but work in Oakland, so drive this route daily and often schedule meetings at Sconehenge). I urge you to vote against this project as currently configured . LEAVE THE PARKING to the public in the triangle, DO NOT use it for display of new cars!

We are new to the area and excited about Berkeley council members' receptivity to input. We oppose the Honda plan, feeling that car shops and dealerships are best located away from busy residential areas and closer to areas like freeways and warehouses. Schools and homes have enough traffic impact without adding a lot more car traffic headed to a dealer.
Thanks for listening.

Honda's plan appears to be a recipe for gridlock that no one needs in this already stressful time. Please vote!

this is an extremely HIGH traffic area as it is now and giving permission to Honda to expand will only worsen the congestion and increase risk to pedestrians and bike riders. I urge Councilmember Wengraff to take a strong position and vote in favor of the appellant in this appeal to keep Honda from being permitted to move to 2777 Shattuck Avenue.
NO HONDA! YES COMMUNITY JUSTICE CENTER!
