Our kids deserve an education that is taught in school by teachers not by parents that are trying their best to teach AND work full time. My children’s academics, mental health, physical health and social health has suffered so much that it out ways the risks of them catching COVID-19. Those that want to distance learn can but those that want to continue with hybrid should be able to do just that.

In balancing our children’s physical, emotional, social, and mental health, I believe parents should have a greater say.
This was accomplished by offering both hybrid and distance education. The schools have done a good job of isolating students while at school so that the risk of spread is greatly diminished. Because my family has no risk factors, we are comfortable sending our children in the hybrid model. But we believe it is detrimental to their emotional, social, and mental health to be continuously isolated from their school community.

The kids are safe to be in school. How can the district determine that it is safe to have sports but not in school learning. The kids are not getting the exit action they deserve with all this non sense. Keep them in school please.

The teachers and other school faculty persons are busting their butts to keep the school safe for everyone involved. Cases are rises, yes however I do not believe it is because the kids are in school. These poor kids will continue to fall behind. Distant learning is not as effective. If we can sit 10 to a table at a restaurant or even shop at Walmart, Target and Home Depot why can't these kids be in school?

The numbers aren't spiking because the kids are in school. Keep them in there as much as possible. They are struggling as it is with hybrid, and need as much in class time as possible. React to the cases in our district, not throughout the state.

It’s important to look at the case numbers in the school vs. the county. These kids need to be in school for a variety of reasons including mental health, educational development, socialization, and a decrease in the amount of excessive screen time.
