Enablers. NDAs should never cover sexual harassment and that many settlements was an obvious sign your house was on fire.

As a survivor myself, I find any company who tolerates abuse of this nature as abhorrent. Bring them all to justice. We will not sit idly by and allow them to get away with it. The board was complicit.

As an aspiring actor myself and a woman, I shouldn’t feel like there will come a time where I’ll need to choose between doing the thing I love for a living or my safety. I shouldn’t have to weigh the options about what I’d do in that situation scared of what it might do to my career. Men should be able to be held accountable for their actions.
