It is time for institutional change across the world, across all industries, within all communities. The Weinstein Company is now synonymous with filth. Let me clearly state the predator needs to receive severe consequences, and the Executives and company need to also receive consequences for allowing and not stopping Weinstein's evil behavior. Do I believe the Company should dissolve? That is a solid YES! 30 years of knowing this sick mad-man was running around terrorizing women (and I'm going to also assume men- who have not spoken out) is as guilty as perpetrator.

Silence is a needed accessory that keeps sexual predators in action. If you choose to look the other way, or cover up, leaving women helpless, you're just as good as the criminal.

No woman or man should have to go to work fearing that the will be harassed. They should have to worry that they will be fired or won’t be able to move up in the company if they don’t tolerate harassment. It can destroy a persons entire life. Its abusive & its time to stop.

This isn't just about TWC, this is about society as a whole. Dissolve the board? Yes, we need to do that, we also need to dissolve a culture of abuse that silences women and allows men, especially powerful men, to get away with these things.
In every corner of society, on both sides of the political spectrum, this happens. Harvey should not be the fall guy for the whole of Hollywood, Hollywood should not be the fall guy for an entire culture that abuses women. Let's end this everywhere....but let's start with dissolving TWC board.
