For too long, powerful men have been given the message that they are untouchable. They believe they can do whatever they want without consequences while the women and innocents they attack are further demonized for speaking up. The culture of silence and allowing has to stop.

Women deserve justice for years of abuse and oppression in the male dominated work force. As a retired veteran, I swore to protect those from those who would cause harm—�foreign or domestic. I call upon all of Hollywood high executives to be held accountable for their actions that occur under their watch. And, if need be, ask Congress to intervene and hold publicly hearings about the culture that is Hollywood.

No amount of accolades will ever outweigh the ugliness perpetrated and perpetuated by this company. The board was aware of the actions of Harvey Weinstein and enabled him by providing protection from repercussions. Thus, they should dissolve in total.

Proud of the woman, ashamed of the company/men. If you honestly did not think 30 years of no action would not come to light eventually, then thats cause enough for you to all feel the wrath and take consequences lile the grown men you try to be. Your're own daughters, mothers, and even sons should have been youre #1 reason to do something years ago. Too late Id say.
