If this has been an "open secret" in Hollywood for years,surely there was enough talk for some very influential actresses ( Jolie, Paltrow et al ) to have revealed it before this. Women have to actively advocate against sexual predators and protect each other.

There is an entitlement in Hollywood with SOME very bad men who think they can bully and abuse women. My own experience as a young actress. This must stop. Now. No mercy for abusers and yes they all knew.

No one believes that The Weinstein Company was unaware of the sexual assault and rape allegations. The Weinstein Company is run by a Board of Directors. This means the Board failed in its oversight obligations. #DissolveTheBoard.

I believe this should be to protect both male and female. I also think this can be taken to far as in cases where kindergarten children get suspended from school for sexual harrasment.
