See so much of this on a daily basis here in Egypt over 90% of women here have had some kind of sexual harrassment/assault.

I was harassed many times, but never had the courage to confront legally. Change need to be made. As woman we have the power to start it from home and at school by raising those boys of today to not become the predators of tomorrow.

Harvey Weinstein's actions and words were unacceptable, but the Board Of Directors is just as bad. They lied when they said they knew nothing about HW's actions; EVERYONE in the film industry knew about HW!!! This company does not deserve to be doing work in a business where 50% of its workforce are females. The BOD is comprised solely of males! There is not 1 female on the Board!!! When I worked on projects with Weinstein's company, every single male I worked with made unwanted sexual advances on me. The abuse does not lie with Harvey Weinstein alone!!!

I think The Weinstein Company is scum and should completely dissolve after years of sexual abuse against innocent women AND for hiding the abuse instead of doing something about it. I honor the victims and their bravery!!!
