We need to stand together as first, strong Women, and secondly as a fed up Nation. We have to take the rights that should be afforded Us with respect, with mutual inclusiveness, and fairness; but are Not!!! I was molested at 5 by an uncle and continued into my teen years. Was raped at 19. Am 54 and never married. I have a 27 year old daughter who is the light of my life and I want to protect her and all our young women and men in this country!!!!

I stand with and support all victims of sexual violence and intimidation. What distinguishes "sexual harassment" from "sexual violence", when they both instil fear and isolation on their victims. Just because someone is wealthier and in a more senior position in the workplace, never entitles them to rape and molest and abuse and violate and frighten and intimidate and isolate and demean another human being. I am not in the film or media industry, and I live in Europe and even I had read and heard stories about Harvey Weinstein. Complicity is responsiblity. If you protected his crimes, you are an accessory, and you too are culpable. Dissolve the Weinstein Company.

Nothing disgusts me more knowing that this industry that I want to work in has a complete lack of respect for the women who are making history in it. Directors NEED women seeing as you couldn’t find your inspirations within your sad pathetic selves and you treat them this way?
