One of the many problems is the fact that he didn't get fired because they found out what he did, he got fired because everyone else finally found out what he did. There is no excuse for allowing this predator to do what he did for so long.

I stand with all of the women who have spoken out, will now speak out and those who have been harmed and defiled by Harvey Weinstein. The board should dissolve immediately.
