Use of power and position to exploit people, be it male, female or mere kids is a display of insanity and cowardice.
Its easy for people to say the victims kept it a secret and are responsible, but it is important to understand the pressure they had to remain silent.
On the other hand, people who were in powerful positions and knew about this fiasco and yet remained silent are also culprits. The members of the board, the frequent collaborators were not pressured to hide it, it was their choice to cover up the crimes and that makes them equally guilty.
I support you all the way!

We should live in a world where Women aren’t objectified and RESPECTED by by others, especially men who lack the understanding that just because they are men doesn’t mean they have unconditional power over others.

Too many women I know, myself included, have been MORE than sexually harassed at the workplace. When it happened to me, the bosses did not believe me, nor did they fire my coworker who sexually assaulted me. When does it stop?

Looking the other way is complicity.
