I work in the film industry and this type of behavior has to stop. A friend recently asked me, "Do you feel like you've become desensitized to sexual harassment on set?" My response was "Yes." THIS IS NOT OK!

Men have run the film industry and defined its inner workings and culture of abuse toward its subordinates. Now that the foundations of that culture are crumbling, it's time for a coup over generic stale Hollywood. Time for a new breed of men, women and allies to approach filmmaking as a craft, an art, and not a vehicle to sell global product.
