I was raped by a serial rapist, who is now in prison for life. He also assaulted a 12-year-old. He is only in prison, because I was first to report to police in Las Vegas and was told it was my word against his. He then raped a 2nd woman, who reported to the police. Our reports were there when the preteen went to this police. Then is a crime that is committed by a man or woman again and again and again. They don't stop until they die.
