Because the board knew what was happening, and worked to conceal his actions, which further enabled him to sexually harass and assault more women, the board must be dissolved.

In order for anything to change, people need to accept the consequences of their terrible decisions. The board was right to remove Harvey, but they were wrong to keep him in place for so long. They allowed him to hold onto his power for years, knowing that many people would be hurt as a result. Hollywood needs people who will put a stop to abuse, not simply react when it becomes a threat to the bottom line.

How is this even a thing any more and why are we still trying to teach the women and girls how to protect themselves instead of stopping the assaulter's in their frickin' tracks. Not only should Weinsteins company be dissolved but he should face sexual assault charges. Why the hell are there any statute of limitations on sexual assault?!
