As a victim of sexual assault I think that sexual predator needs buried under the cage. And if the company had THE SLIGHTEST clue he was doing it they need to shut their doors. #NoMoreCastingCouches

The Weinstein Company needs new leadership if it has any chance to recover from its history of enabling Harvey's serial sexual predations.

The board is equally as guilty as Harvey for the compliance with his actions. If not guilty of the same monstrous actions themselves.

Shame, shame, shame, shame, shame, shame, shame, shame, shame, shame, shame, shame, shame, shame, shame, shame, shame, shame, shame, shame, shame....... how could you let something like this just keep happening for decades?! Some of these amazing actresses had their careers stalled, dead in the water because of this monster. Shame!

Like our infamous "Grabber In Chief," Harvey Weinstein fits the mold of an insecure yet powerful man who believes he's entitled to prey on his female employees. In his statement , Harvey cites the workplace culture of the 60s and 70s as a contributing factor for his behavior. Let this serve as a yet another reminder that Toxic Masculinity, which runs deep through our culture, can have devastating consequences for innocent, hardworking individuals. It's up to grown men, and the parents/communities raising young boys to teach them that treating women with the respect and decency that all human beings deserve is non-negotiable. The board members were complicit in allowing this behavior to persist as long as it did and the only real retribution is to dissolve the board.

Harvey, and The Weinstein company, it all has to go. If Hollywood wants to retain any semblance of credibility.
