Went through a situation in my early 20s with a married Executive twice my age in a company I worked for. Sending lewd emails, always making sexual jokes, touchy-feely BS. Ultimately left the job I needed to get away from it when I tried to complain and nothing was done. In the end, his value to the company was worth more than mine. No woman should lose their job out of fear. Glad to see these actions being called out, and for all the by-standers who knew...shame on you for letting it go on for the sake of your lining your own pocketbook.

Please take consideration in shutting down the Weinstein Co. Given the recent allegations against Harvey Weinstein it appears as though the board was aware of his actions and did nothing to stop it. Thank you

Absolutely sicked to know creeps like weinstein are able to think they are important and powerful enough to abuse and intimidate women for years with out consequences. I think those who knew and those who know are worse. I cannot understand why people chose/choose to turn a blind eye, thankfully it seems people are speaking up and for the many women of Hollywood or within these organisations please stop with your hipocracy , I for one are no longer listening to you all with your "women support each other" speeches when you all sold your soul the minute you knew and CHOSE to do nothing.
