Signing because systematic sexual harassment and rape in the industry due to men's failure to accept responsibility for their actions, rampant abuse of their power, and turning a blind eye to their associates actions in today's society is unacceptable, doesn't make them any less guilty, and is a crime against humanity

Power and perversion go together. Let's stop any more violence and expose powerful people....using sex to get a script, to get a script read, using sex to get a part in a movie, using sex to get a higher paycheck. EXPOSE THEM ALL...REGARDLESS OF WHO THEY ARE!!

I have several friends working at a popular agency who have told me countless stories of this inexcusable behavior that talent from their rosters have relayed back to them. Even have a friend who couldn't work there anymore because of this hush hush mentality that is allowed for the sake of self interests. Needs to stop.. way too many of both genders and ALL ages have these experiences from disgusting executives exerting power

I do hope this leads to a domino effect in every field including corporates where women are abused and forced to quit by the management.
