Thank you for creating this. I have personally dealt with similar instances and have had men higher in the chain of Hollywood try to take advantage of their status and use it to make me feel like I would get nowhere if I turn down their advances. I've been groped. I've felt very uncomfortable in "meetings". It's nice to feel a little less hopeless in this industry.
