There is absolutely no way everyone in this company was blind to what was going on. This makes them complicit in the harassment of these women. This company should be dissolved.

I'm signing this for every single woman who has experienced sexual harassment in the workplace. Or has seen it go on and felt she or he couldn't report it for fear of losing their job. For a company to have let this behavior of this individual go on for so long and did nothing about it is truly a shame. No one will ever trust this board again in the current form.
